I expected more from a four-star hotel, especially regarding the amenities. On my second day, I noticed there was no shampoo in our room, and it took a while for housekeeping to respond. The breakfast options were limited, which left little variety picking meals each day.

A kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe in the room, magnificent location. Very good service, public parking available nearby. A very very good stay with a nice swimming pool👍

Fairly good breakfast.
The room was so dirty.bathroom was dirty and so small for three bed room.there was not any internet connectin in the room.there was not any tea maker in the room(that was mentioned in Booked.net)it was exactly 2-3 stars actually.

The staff members were consistently attentive and were pretty good too meet our needs, especially Kubra and Mehmet, who were ever so helpful .

The hotel's location is spot on, right near all the shops and restaurants. We explored the vibrant Istiklal Street and visited the famous Taksim Square. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices.
One downside was the internet connection in the rooms. It was really weak which was a bit frustrating at times.

Its location is great! It is near to Taksim Sq. And is near to my business center at Lutfi Center also.
The price and the the reception staff were not friendly.
